General Structure of Programme

Duration: 3 – 6 months

Format: Hybrid delivery, where possible, including live workshops and one-on-one coaching of leaders, coaching labs, peer coaching

Participants: Mid-to-senior level leaders, high-potential managers, and emerging leaders

Group size: 12 – 16 participants per cohort
