General Structure of Programme

We always design our programmes to align with the specific needs of the individual and / or the organisation. The following, then, are the likely bones of the programme.

Duration & Format

  • Duration: 3 – 6 months 

  • Format: Hybrid delivery, where possible, including live workshops and one-on-one coaching of leaders, coaching labs, peer coaching

  • Participants: Mid-to-senior level leaders, high-potential managers, and emerging leaders

  • Group size: 12 – 16 participants per cohort 

Programme Components

The programme consists of three core modules, each integrating coaching principles:

  • Module 1: Accelerated Development 

    • Key Topics:

      • Adopting a coaching mindset for leadership

      • Enhancing self-awareness and emotional intelligence

      • Coaching opportunities in the workplace

      • The 4 levels of engagement

      • Leading change through coaching conversations

      • Peer coaching and self-reflection practices

  • Module 2: Leadership by Coaching

    • Key Topics:

      • Some useful models

      • Engaging with others in a way that builds trust and Big Relationships

      • Active listening and powerful questioning skills

      • Challenging and difficult conversations

      • Real-time coaching practice and feedback

  • Module 3: Team Coaching for High Performance

    • Key Topics:

      • Coaching for team collaboration

      • Conflict resolution as a touchstone for learning and coaching conversations

      • Facilitating reflective team learning and growth

      • Building accountability and shared leadership in teams

Delivery Methods

The programme will be delivered through a combination of:

  • Live Interactive Workshops: Practical hands-on facilitative sessions (a mixture of in person and online)

  • 1:1 Coaching Sessions: Executive coaching for deeper learning (a mixture of in person and online)

  • Peer Coaching Labs: Participants coach and support each other

  • Real-World Applications: On-the-job coaching assignments

  • Reflection Exercises: Optional post-coaching session exercises

  • Progress Tracking: Tools to measure growth and application

Measurement & Evaluation

To assess the effectiveness of the programme and the participants, we are able to measure:

  • Pre- and post-programme assessments: Leadership and Emotional Intelligence 360 degree feedbacks

  • Engagement Metrics: Employee satisfaction, retention and performance data within the organisation
