Pre-process Team assessments
2-day team workshop for the purposes of identifying the objectives requiring focus and developing a strategic action plan to achieve these objectives
6-monthly 2-hour follow up sessions
Post-process Team assessment

Measurement of progress

Progress is measured in terms of the pre- and post process assessments
Individual assessments against Kirkpatrick’s 4 levels
