• have the same conversations managers should be having with their team members, but more effectively

Programme Structure

There are several permutations available depending on the needs of our clients. The basic structure consists of the following:

• a 3-day workshop
• collaborative online asynchronous sessions
• 6 monthly 2-hour follow up sessions

Material

Depending on the focus of the programme, participants normally use either of the following books (pictured below) written by Lauron:

• Management by Coaching – 7 Basic Keys or
• High-Performance Coaching for Managers – 7 Effective Keys

Assessment

180 or 360 degree assessments taken pre- and post programme – related to skill acquisition
Performance on key performance areas pre- and post programme
Practical coaching assessment
Participant's reflective assignment
Manager's report on effectiveness of implementation
Self-assessment against Kirkpatrick's 4 levels
