Typical structure

A triad session with Manager, client and coach to understand the organisation’s expectations of the process
12 1-hour coaching sessions as close to fortnightly as possible
2 or 3 shadow coaching sessions
A triad session at the end of the process to feed back progress to the organisation
2 booster follow up sessions

Measurement of progress

360 degree assessments taken pre- and post process covering leadership competencies and emotional intelligence
Reflective assignment
Progress against process goals
Progress against key performance areas
Self-assessment against Kirkpatrick’s 4 levels
